Why Network Marketing Still Calls to Me

With so many options for making money online, I get people asking me why network marketing? To be completely honest, there was a time when I would have asked the same question. I had been involved in a few different network marketing organizations and came out of them with similar results.

The first, very well-known company, that I was involved with offered a ton of products, from vitamins to long distance phone service. I could buy furniture and even food if that was what I was interested in. With that company the marketing was very straightforward and…ineffective. The strategy was to make a list; you know the list with all of your friends and soon to be former friends on it?

To say the least, marketing to friends and family didn’t give me the desired results I was looking for. If anything, things were much worse! After 8 months I didn’t sponsor a soul and was told I just needed to grow more, read more. Thank God my upline sold the “grow more” material that I needed! Hm. Talk about a scam!

Are You Calling Your Leads? Online and Offline Prospecting

Hello Everyone I hope you are doing well.

Lets talk about the networking part of network marketing. If you are using your funded proposal to get leads what is the next thing you will need to do? That’s right, you need to get on the phone and call your leads. You need to get on the phone and start making a connection to build a relationship with the leads you are generating.

It is very simple to talk to the people who opt in to your list when you have provided value to them in the beginning. They are not the same as cold calling leads. These people actually wanted what you had to offer and they eagerly either purchased your product or signed up for your list in exchange for some valuable FREE training you provided.

With these calls all you need to do is make a connection with them and get to know them a little bit. Find out how long they have been in the business and just ask some questions and be curious about them. You leave them with a good impression of you, because you did not call them just to pitch your opportunity, and you let them know that you are there for them if they should need any help. Make sure they have your contact information, your website or blog information and phone number. That’s all you need to do at this point.

Amway Marketing Plan: A New Way of Amway Marketing for a New World

Amway marketing was been around for decades, which reflects, of course, what a strong organization Amway is. But what about the Amway marketing strategies….do they still work? Is it really all that easy anymore to “just get two who get two interested in the opportunity”, and then you’re off and running?

Is The Old Amway Marketing Strategy Outdated?

Unfortunately (for the old school marketers), we live in a different world today. People don’t just “drop by” their friend’s house anymore; couples (both man and wife) are always at work, so now we have to schedule appointments. And what are your friends going to say when you mention that you have a “great opportunity” and would like for them to bring by some friends so you can pitch!? Well, you’re lucky these days if they’ll even remain your friends. I remember how I hate to go to my mother-in-law’s house because, invariably, they would always pitch their opportunity to me – again and again.

To Succeed In Internet Marketing, You Must Master The Basics!

If you really want to succeed in Internet Marketing, you do have to master the basics.

When major league ball teams show up for spring training, mastering the basics is all they work on. Catching fly balls, scooping up grounders and throwing to other players on the field. Just mastering the basics for the upcoming season.

In internet marketing, it is much the same way. Stop looking for magic buttons or a secret plugin for your site that is going to find you traffic and customers. Those things don’t exist and only the snake oil salesman selling them is the one getting rich.

To be successful in internet marketing, you have to work on getting a prospect, then presenting your offer to the prospect and once you have a scientific approach that’s working, just keep using and practicing the approach over and over on each new prospect that you find.

Whether it’s internet marketing or any other business, the old saying still holds true, ” If it is to be, it’s up to me.”
